I have put an equal amount of seeds in a papertowel in zip lock bag, pretty much as you describe as well. Not much to show a picture of so I didnt. I am thinking there might be a bit too much water in the bag, will go drain it right away!

I like to keep it moist, a good reference I use for that is if you can squeeze water out with one hand - it’s got to much moisture in it.
But you would soak the seeds for an hour or 2 in a peroxide solution before you put them into the moist paper towel.

This is very useful to know. I have had some big misses with the ziplock trying to germinate regular stuff, it all turned into mold several times. Had the most succes with the plugs tbh.
