What other lights have you considered?  I found t5 to be great for young and veggies but I don't. Think I would flower on one, don't see why not though.

Have you looked into the viparspectra lights very good value.  Not a high end super light,  but it gets the job done pretty well. The p series is nice but I think the xs has more diodes. I use the xs 2000 and p2000 and a meter app and have good success, I think.
