Honestly they are pretty much the same as photos as far as nutrients but in my experience they require less. Just let them do their thing. You should be fine.
I could be very wrong about this but I think Autos need more intense light than photoperiods do, I think that is why my outside Auto's have never done well. I have a lot of trees that block light where I am now.
