Frustration

This has happened last few grows where plants are doing good than start getting burned.  I feel like its hot spots in the soil. I let the bags sit in my room and weeks later when I used them bags were heavy like the soil was wet wonder if it had something to do with it but plant in far left was the strongest plant and tallest now just holding on I try to flush but will give them time to see if they adjust but I can see lost progress and it sucks 3 are doing good 2 are not
