To feed or not to feed
Is it starting to show signs it needs to be fed? Half of me says it does, the other says all of my problems are with my old cfl’s. You can see how slow it is for over 2 weeks from seed.
other observation:
cotyledon leaves still on the side of green

a plant that small shouldn't need any feeding, my own bet regarding slow growth you experience is there is either something wrong with your soil, or your water native EC/ppm/pH

The soil couldn’t be the problem.. it’s light, aerated with perlite and rice hulls. Could check the pH tho.
my best bet is the light.
they are old and used for my past grows which had about 2-4 runs with autos that needed 18/6, so go figure on how much relatively week these bulbs are nowthey are at the wrong spectrum. I only have 6 bulbs, 5 of which are warm white and are not for veg. Only 1 daylight spectrum.
my initial plan was just to get this up and going. Make it grow normally for 2-3weeks, then use my HPS. But seems like it isn’t the case anymore.. I just wanted assurance that I still have the thumb for this before going all in. Might sound silly.. but I needed to make ends meet. Just like how u run a company.

Even though the rice hulls sound like a slam dunk, one thing I learned the hard way is never assume something isn’t an issue until proven otherwise.
