Levo 2 Sucks

Bad design and wrong material on the latch, broke after 5 uses and as much as I loved it , it went down hill from there. Its such a common problem Levo has an area on their website for broken latch warranty returns. There are 2 hack sites I found that show you how to fix it. One didnt work and the other voids the warranty, so lets talk about the warranty. Its not functioning and they will take it back but there is a $20 restocking fee and its not door to factory shipping. Nearest UPS hub for my is 30 miles away, over the river and through the woods up here is about 2 minutes a mile up here.

The real shitty part is  I loved using it and the infusion was top shelf stuff. I can put a couple of drops of the walnut oil under my tongue and feel the effects in 10 minutes and it lasts a few hours. This hunk oh junk is on its way back but a LEVO C from Amazon is on the way here. That is the one I should have bought in the 1st place but I pulled the trigger to soon.  This aint over for me yet but I didnt want anyone to buy one because I gave it a good review.

    • BTW Jim, people rant when customer support sucks and posted rants get attention from the seller. Levo's customer support sucks because its company policy, the [people seem pretty nice. But I will rant from every mountain top I can find now

        • Unfortunately, you are right . Customer service these days , and qualified people for the job is very disappointing . There is no pride in workmanship anymore either.  Or should I say a rarity…….   Although There are a few gems in the mix.   Just had the same rotten service at a local hardware.  I waited respectfully a few feet back while 2 men were behind the counter . 1 taking a  exceptionally  long personal phone call. The other ease dropping on the others conversation.  And not even a glance in my direction.     Mind you, it HAD TO take some effort to ignore me for a good 8-11 minutes….and I was at that point …   not able to hold back.  When the 1st one was STILL on the phone and the 2nd one, decided to walk away from behind the desk in the opposite direction.   I was on his ass quick. Basically, called him out…….     Long story short, he was more than happy to help me out…….  Lol.  I just don’t feel that a customers needs to be treated poorly.  If that’s your “way of operating “ then your in the wrong business buddy and get the F out.   
          WAIT  on your customer, say THANK YOU!!! Solve the problem quickly and effectively. If you can not. Get someone who can.  Don’t draw it out for days or weeks.   Should of been fixed promptly the 1st time.  Those kinds of honest , hardworking ,  customer service reps/owners will always bring repeat business.   Those who don’t……..   in my neck of the woods …… word travels fast……..   person I told, knows the owner. Kid got reprimanded.     🤔 gotta love a little karma……….

          • Levo has good customer service people its the policy that sucks. Why the hell charge customers a restocking fee for an item that busted because of a weak design. No doubt they fix them and resell them as new.

          • People have a bad habit of mistaking kindness for weakness in day to day life. 

            This is the perfect example, the "Jim of the day" employee has to deal with customers first hand (eat caca) and give out staged answers of company policy of a company that is clearly not customer driven, and they have no real ability to change a damn thing.

              • I have not been as into my grows for a while, I think the Jamaican Landrace sucked the winds out of my sails, but I spent several hours this weekend in the grow room getting ready for some clones and that changed my attitude completely. A little smoke and some white light and its all good again.

                  • A month ago I noticed T Mobile had been charged my debit card $90 in Nov. I called them and they said they cant return the money because I don't have an account with T Mobile, no shit I dont so where did the money go? We cant help you so you will have to work it out with your bank. Then they did it again in Dec.  I called the bank and they said no problem we will refund your money and look into, at the end of the call she said where should I send your new debit card? WTF how can you do that without asking. I am very dependent on my debit card. Anyway then I was $180, sort of, then last month the bank took the $180 back out of my account and said my claim was denied because of how frequently it happened. Frequently? They been doing this shit since July, this aint over but I switched from Keybank, they suck, to a credit union and if you hear about a hillbilly going postal in India its probably me because now we are talking about $540
