New flower growth

So I've been watching the girls progress and they seem to have gotten close to finishing.  I'm seeing some new flower growth w white pistols that have just popped up.  About 90% of the pistols were orange until this new growth.  Most trichomes are cloudy with a few amber ones here and there.   Is this something I should be alarmed about?

            For Sativas you might want to bump her down to 11/13 photoperiod .
