Jacks At the Cross Road
I have been useing Jacks 321 for a while now in the RDWC, the Ebb & Flow and Auto Feed in coco and I will continue with it for the simple rason I have a shit load of it. Anyway their schedule is for a Bloom Mix at the flip (10-30-20) and I have also had good luck with their Ultra Violet (5-50-18) too. But what confuses me is at 2 weeks after the first signs of flower using the bloom or UV mix they recommend you go back to the Grow mix A (5-12-26) & B (15-0-0) and dispite everything I have read, it works well with that combo of NPK even though that is over the top N from what I have read. So anyway, I decided it would be fun to take you folks along for the ride. Yestarday I changed the water in the res, did a root drench, refilled the system with water and went back to the grow mix at 75% and MOAB at 25%, I will post more pictures next week, same Bat Time Same Bat Channel

I think the timing of N is the most important factor when starting to flower. The best case scenario is to deplete N right before the flip. Then wait 2-3 weeks after the flip when more N is needed. If you add N at the beginning of the flip it will stimulate veg growth and delay flowering . I'm not a hydro guy so use your own judgement Peace

That's a fantastic looking grow! It is really interesting how many different fertilizers there are now.

Thanks and yes there are loads of them and widely varied NPK levels. Look at Bestie Bloomz and MOAB. They have no N and are used at about the time in flower that I am adding N back and I have had great grow from all 3 so it may be time for a deeper dive.

I'm a little more than halfway through my flowering time and I do use moab so I might try adding a little nitrogen back in the mix. If you are getting good results I definitely owe it a try.
