This guy seems to know what he is talking about, keep the N down in flower, how far down is something we all have to figure out on our own, lots of other good info in there on P & K and how Cal effects the intake of them. I like his testing method, if the sap tastes sweet your brix is probably good.
I think Captain Kangaroo was the last person with mutton chops I took advise from though

It is interesting that the sugary supplements didnt help anything for him in hydro, I have noticed they can do more harm than good to the overall system. Its more about getting the balance of nutrients right so the plant sends sugar to the roots for the microbes to feed on rather than have the sugar in the water.
It also turned on the light bulb on cal/mag toxicity for me, never seen it but I have seen K deficiency several grows and too much cal/mag can block K. Duh.
Yes a couple of the commentators look like they are broadcasting live from grandma's basement and I really dont need to hear what they have to say and hey if you can reach them I say go for it, I am just not that bendy.
