Lights
I am currently running my light on 24/7 on my seedlings.they are 14 days old.have been potted last time.I light feeding.my question is would they do better with a 18/6 schedule to give them a little breather.any thoughts or advice appreciated.Lights are1000 watt dimmable on lowest setting now

I have no science to back it up ,maybe there is somewhere but I notice a lot of growth explosions at night especially in DWC. IMO

18/6 is best IMo and also if you flip timer back to 18/6 now it might start to flower since is shorter light cycle..it may not tho..GL

18/6 seems to give the best results for me. I have tried 24 hours, 20/4 and 16/8 and have always reverted back to 18/6. I have also observed a growth burst at night when the lights are off. If you go 24 hours you may have too high of a DLI if you don't adjust the lights.

I agree with 18/6, I try to mimick mother nature best I can.
