Reed molasses

All good health! I read the composition of cane molasses and some boosters for growth and flowering. It turns out that if there is molasses, then boosters can not be bought, as they are approximately the same in composition. Or am I missing something?

      • I think that would depend on the booster. Do you mean bud boosters with high P-K or Terpene boosters? The terpene boosters and molasses feed the mykos that help the roots take in nutrients the high P-K are a bit different but they will also boost the terpenes by making the plants produce more sugar searching for N that they have to pull from the leaves, thats what I have read anyway

        • Mainly molasses are used in soil grows. Theyre really just for carbohydrates that feed the micro organisms. General Hydroponics, Botanicare and Advanced Nutrients all make similar products and all they do is feed the microbes (i like Bud Candy)

          • I use Black strap Molasses 5 teaspoons per gallon of water. My plants are doing great. And it is also cost effective, I pay 9.29 per gallon.
