Outdoor grow stretch
My outside plants seriously streched a foot in 2 days ! I was going to attempt a scrog but now they are lanky and too tall . Any suggestions? Im at work that's why there's no pics. Ive never saw any plant stretch that much that fast. Its been raining alot the past week...very cloudy, maybe that's why?

Prune the fuck outta them. Take off as much as necessary to shape the plant back to where you want it. Rain, that's combined with low pressure, will make ALL plants grow like a MF'er. Which is good, but with weed, you have to control it with pruning/topping. Don't be afraid to take off 6-8 inches if necessary ! You'll be fine !!! Happy growin

Really? Ive already topped them, So I should just cut the 1st main stem at some node point? Or anywhere? Scared never done that before lol

Yes.. the main stem, and any other branches that are gettin longer than you like. Wherever you top the plant it will bifurcate, and grow 2 more tops. I've seen deer eat plants down to just a main stem and the plant grew into a strong, bushy plant that yielded great. That's what you want ! Leave at least one growing point on each stem, so the new growth will take off quicker. New growers are hesitant to do this, but up until the middle of July, you can prune/top all you want.

Absolute shit. Never got to harvest. Didn't because the rain never stopped and ended up with bud rot. Had to pull em and start over indoors. Its been a terrible year of weather here in the heartland .
