Neam oil is great man it works for both pests and fungus. You can also get some organic sprays that’ll have peppermint an cinnamon oil that’ll do the same as the neam but it washes off easily so you’ll need to reapply after it rains.

I would advise using neem oil sparingly. It's systemic, which means it actually enters the plant tissue, not just the surface.
