The big question is, how long do you plan to veg, and how big a final plant do you want.

I've used 1 gallon bags with good results, but I only veg my clones a week or two.

    • Well if you do DTW you could have 4-5 foot plant in a solo cup is why I asked the nutrient question first.

        Bout 2½ to 3 months....      I LST them also....    I think the problem is I used old soil to start them at time,...    I did pH them but got sick of that...      cuz I heard Sub don't pH either but he's Hydro...        Well practice makes perfect.....
