the rain causes the bud rot or a small worm can to sometimes but neither can be avoided the rain will just wash the spray you use off. Genetics and air flow helps the most outside but the real problem is telling people not every strain can be grown out side...... now these days there bread for indoor only unless you live in the perfect climate which i doubt anyone does there's always gonna be something happen.
