My wife recommends tinctures. She puts a few drops in shot glass then fills it with water smooth it out a bit, she also does enough bong hits so the smoke coming out of the house looks like Cheech and Chong's van
i usually use tinctures to make my gummies with also. i don't smoke much anymore except to try the finished product. make sure its the good high i like. copd and bronchitis kicks my butt when i smoke it now.
