ive been chopping the whole plant after a good pre-harvest trim. (all the large fan leafs)

Then i hang the whole plant in air conditioned dark room or closet.  i dont really go by days but i will keep track of the days in my head.

i will dry trim my buds in either mason jars or large freezer bags once i have determined if they are dry enough. make sure theres no air in the bag.

the way i tell if they are dry enough is by feel. I will give a little squeeze of the bud and if i think i can break it up and put it into a pipe or joint, it is dry. by that time i can usually just pluck them right off the stem!
