By 13 days of flower you mean 13 days from the flip to 12/12 right? I dont see any actual signs of flower in that picture. 

Set up a simple auto feed system, plants in coco love it. When I was hand feeding in coco the plants in 7 gallon bags would get about 1/2 a gallon of feed mix everyday with little or no run off.
