A couple of minutes in a heat press @220* isn't enough to decarb it.
Not sure if a vape will get it hot enough, like flame combustion.

when i decarb in the oven i use 235 degrees for 35 minutes .... a couple of minutes @ 220 degrees want get the job done my 2 cents .... birthday boy !!
