Also I would add not to take too many leaves till after stretch is over so your not slowing growth. One of my many mistakes when I started growing was taking too many leaves too early trying to do too much the more I left it alone the better I got
In the middle of my first grow ( 36 days ) . 6 days at 12/12 . I had to remove quite a few leaves , light was not reaching inside canopy , hope I didn't take too much . Very , Very healthy plants . ( 3 super skunk )
