no idea aboot using rockwool to germinate but in promix when they pop i wait a weekish before feeding. glookies is good yielder and very trainable . likes her nutes too , i hit her hard with GH Flora trio with minimal burn.
That was a freebie from North Atlantic when I bought the Ethos seeds, I will probably grow it in the ebb and flow table and do a SCROG. I have read the Crescendo RBx1 can be a bit finicky about nutes so thanks for the tip.
