That is frustrating as hell isn't it. I have an 10 year old 19" Hurricane that still works great and I have had 4 in the last 3 years that didnt last a year. I think someone bought the company and fired all the quality people

i have the active air ones and it rubs through the wires and shorts out and blows the fuse in the plug in par.i have a hurricane just haven't got it figured out how to mount it in the tents.it use to mount on the wall before i had to go to tents.grand kids put a end to the open grow.lol but I've ive been through six this year alone.the last one i just got from amazon it only lasted for a hour and start stinking the house up like the motor was burning up.

I bought a Lasko clip on fan in 2015 that is running strong, I bout 2 more a year later and they didnt last a week.
Same with Hurricane, I have a old one that has run for years, When I wanted more I ordered the same model and eventually I got tired of returning the Hurricane fans because they stop oscillating so now I run 3 fixed position fans

i just purchased the ne ac infinity clip on fan from my local shop. Hopefully they are as good as the filter fans.
