    Thanks Texasbob, yea I was thinking about contacting customer service after I see if these next 4 seeds germinate. However I can't find where to contact customer service about it or open a support ticket. I used to be able to contact them and they would be back with be within at least 24 hours. Any suggestions?

    • Yeah it's weird. They changed the main website and it is really hard to navigate. I actually sent them an email because I couldn't find the portal site. Try the email at the bottom of the main page. Walter got right back with me and helped me out.
