  • Welcome to the portal Bagman! You stated that you have been growing for 15 years so I don't think the problem is on your end, I would definitely open up a support ticket with Nirvana and see what they will do. They are really good about taking care of customers issues in my opinion.

    • Yeah it's weird. They changed the main website and it is really hard to navigate. I actually sent them an email because I couldn't find the portal site. Try the email at the bottom of the main page. Walter got right back with me and helped me out.
