Bilge pump is powered by a 12volt inverter and the bubbler is 120 volt.  Used some TIG welding wire to make a hanger for the bilge pump so it's oriented to discharge water slightly down and along the bucket wall mixing the heavier nutes .  Drilled two holes in outside ring of bucket to make holders for the pump.  Seems to be working well.  Put a hose on pump to fill my watering can.  No more spills!
