Are you letting the soil dry out really well, between waterings? Drying out the soil helps slow them down.
Yeah i think thats why they were under the pans, think last water was like 4-5 days ago. I moved the top soil a bit to see if i could find some bugs, i did find 2 but i think it dry down to like couple inches very moist under that tho
