I imagine you have tried coir/perlite. You like the dwc better and what about power outages?

  ive lost power for days before when Hurricane Harvey rolled into Tx in 2017 and had no negative effects.

  I have tried coco and got gnats...wasn't impressed much. uggghhh. Also I have lost power twice up to 4 to 6 hours..plus I bought a honda 7000 generator so no worries.
