Still trying!!!

Well my one Maple Leaf plant is doing great.  All Bluehead band seeds did not germinate along with 1 other maple leaf seed.  


Started over and tried 2 24 karat gold seeds, only one popped.

 

Now I’ve added 2 Strawberry cough seeds to the heated seed tray.

 

thank goodness for two tents bc this run is going to be all over the place!!!

    • do ya need a heated seed tray this time of the year? actually i never use one..i germ the beans in moist paper towel, an once sprouted i put em in rapid rooter plugs till i see roots poppin out the sides..then into containers or solo cups..GL

      • overly wet paper towel will mess the beans up too

        Be careful with the heating mat you can actually cook your seeds on it.I learned this the hard way.Should be warm enough outside that you don't need any help with heating inside

          I'm with you on running 2 setups.I do this also.

          • I have my mat set to 76*

            in the basement it stays a little cool.  It’s just the process I’ve used.  Typically seeds aren’t in there for more than 30 hrs before they have a tail
