Hat's off to Alice, my HERO!!!

After THREE reshipments of my order, it has arrived!

Pleasantly surprised is an understatement.

Still not impressed with their shipping, tho. She shouldn't have to jump through all those hoops, just to get an order delivered. Luckily, she was willing to.

And I didn't get the "Just this once, as a gesture of good faith." spiel, either!  lol
