35H after transplant
They took a little longer than usual to open up, all but one seem to grow vigorously enough afterward.
9 transplanted in soil so far i will transplant the last two when big enough. First two are showing 20h after transplant. 35h after transplant 7 are showing one more to be set. 6 look healthy and vigorous not sure about the last one yet she is a bit behind and not straighten enough to clearly see.
Seem like another one should pop out of soil soon and i should be able to transplant one more seed today, last seed in coton while open doesn't seem to make some progress.

they will be fine..sounds like most are goin great..always seem to be a slow one.. a lot of times those will take off an go just fine too..prolly makin roots now...dont over water it or give it any nutes just yet...GL

Germination can be unpredictable. ChAs has good advice .

yeah already had a various of issues in the past, but no worry my first weeks routine is well oiled, just as you say sometime unpredictable
now 50H after transplant, right before light turn off i have 9 seedlings showing their first set of true leaves, so i m good for this session as i need only 8 plants. They look healthy and vigorous enough looks good as for now.

Dont you just love this stage? It looks like a duck with an alien crawling out of its mouth. I generally count the days at this stage and log those #'s in my journal but tracking it by the hour, damn I tip my hat to you sir, well done

yeah more or less tracking per the hours the first few days so i can compare between grow how fast they crack open in coton and then pop out of soil and form their first set of true leaves
