5x5 Showdown: HLG 650R Diablo vs. HLG 600Rspec
This is interesting for me, looks like the HLG 600 R on a light mover will will cover my 4 X 7 canopy with some to spare for my 2 X 3 ebb & flow.

I do love meters and maybe its all BS but it's well presented BS and hard to contest compared to "my buds look better" or "equal to a 1000 W HID because I say so" lol.

that video was the one that pushed me towards the 648 diablo boards actually . i wish i would've bookmarked all the research i did over the time when i was looking too. it felt like hundreds of hours of reading and surfing sites to get to the conclusion that hlg has finally become a true competitor of hps/hid if not the benchmark of lighting for cannabis growing. lotsa vids and articles out there of hps growers out there surprised by leds advancement over hps/hid , as well as quality and yield over the old hid tech.

I am starting to think HID's and LED's are like comparing apples to oranges in most ways, they both provide nourishment but I prefer apples. LED's and HID's put out different types of light so how can you compare them other than the end results, bud quality and yield and the variables for those are endless.
I just finished a grow of Mandarin Cookies from clones under the HID's. Next grow by the time I flip to flower I will be using a LED so we shall see.
