Greetings, new here. Excited about starting this indoor grow journey with everyone here
Ordered some seeds from nirvana about a week ago. Cant wait to receive them and grow those bbys!!! In the meantime i got my hands on some white widow x northen lights autoflower seeds. I am going to start in a 4x4 tent with 3 morsen mj-1000 100w, and 1 maxsisun pb1500 150w. Using a lite semi cooked super soil mix (ffof, local compost, worm castings, kelp, bat guano, blood meal, bone meal, peat moss, perlite, mycorrhizae.) into half-filled 7 gallon fabric pots. So far they are on day 3 from seed. I plan on watering with liquid silica in about 3 more days, maybe some aloe mixed in from time to time. I plan on watering that and alternate with epson salt diluted or maybe both at the same time, whats your thoughts!? Also i plan on feeding by top dressing and watering with aerated tea's made with worm castings, bat guano, kelp, molasses and compost. (Ill by adding bone meal to the dry mix in flowering) my soil ph is currently 6.9-7 gonna try to lower down with a bit vinegar/ citric acid added to water, what you think? Im also arming myself with organic perticide and fungicide and a no-pest strip from HotShot

Personally I like to start seedlings in something inert like Rapid Rooters, Coco Coir or Rock Wool its easy to burn the little ones up if the media has too much N. I usually grow in Hydro but I did start some seeds in Happy Frog and then moved them to Ocean Forest this summer and grew them outside. I didnt feed them anything until they started to flower and I think they broke records for the tallest plants with the lowest yield so maybe I am not the person to take advice from. I will say for sure go easy on the Silica until your done with LST unless you have a big roll of scotch tape and/or like cloning because it makes the branches hard and brittle. .
