nice MAC roll cart. what is the stainless box on the side?

It’s a no name box picked it up for $800 years ago because ball bearing drawers. I got promoted to an office gig after 20 years fixing commercial Toro equipment so boxes are filled with snap-on and Mac tools. My wife hates it but I can’t put them outside on porch and no garage it was converted to master bedroom so it’s in our dining room at the moment 😂 the Mac box I picked up for $150 I thought it was a steel cause the design of the drawers I have not seen before
