I've used an automated curing (burps once a day) for 3 years now. I was a tester and... just wow. No more staying home for 3 weeks or forgetting to close jars at night. I'm moved onto bigger 1 gallon jars. Works awesome. :) The jug is hooked up to a pump and timer. :)
