Mistake lights left on

Last night I was refilling water into the dwc bucket . I use the AC Infinity  app to dim my lights  so that I can raise my plant up out of the bucket. I accidentally left the light on #1 dim position for 8 extra hours. When I woke up this morning , I checked the app and noticed that it was on. How bad of a F'up is this? As soon as I realized it I cut them off.

I guess growing autos makes you complacent on the light schedule.
