Germinate
So I'm using the water in a cup method to germinate my next batch but 1 of the seeds instantly sank to the bottom,is it ok to still leave in for 15 to 18 hrs or should I take it out and put it in paper towel now

It’s fine 48 hours is what I put my seeds in water for I also put a few drops of peroxide
you should see tap root after the 48 hours then put directly into your medium I never put in paper towel 🧻

I've got 2 Hawaii maui 1 barneys farm purple punch and a grape roll up in water right now but havent added peroxide yet

I started soaking mine it water and a little H202, most of the time you will see the tap root in 24 hours and then you can do whatever you normally do. If they are going to grow in coco or soil I used to put them in coco in rapid rooters and they work great, now I put them in small cups of coco or the final pot. For hydro grows I put them in rockwool cubes.
Some sink, some float, that doesnt seem to have anything to do with if they will grow or not
