Added a comment to Is any one use HID anymore? 

I started out with CFL, 200w or something. It was shit, a waste of money, and stopped working in the middle of flowering which made me panick. I hastily bought 4 second hand HIDs so that I would never run out of light again. Still have them taking up space. 

Last year I bought a proper LED lamp suitable for my tent and I have used it for sprouting, vegging and flowering. By far the most convenient solution for me.

      I have 4SF1000 in small tent n SE7000 in my big tent but I grew some good harvest under HIDs
