Added a comment to What happened to the new Lumatek? It has a dimmer switch, yes? 

Yes, the Lumatek is in the tent running at 100%, 24/7 for now until I switch to 12/12 on my bigger plants, hopefully this week.

My understanding has been that the light from the Lumatek is too strong for a seedling at 100%?!  So I am using "not so great lights" for the clones and the seeds.
