Make a new post and where it says header image download, pull the pic up and download before posting.

click on Photo's link up top here and then click on Upload Photo' and then use the Simple Upload to Browse to where ur photo is and fill out a couple other things and hit Submit

u can also make albums too by clickin on Albums and then click on Create Album and use simple upload there too like ya did when u post a pic and then submit
