I keep my PPM about 1200 max in a grow and about 50 -100 of that is my well water. You may have some nute burn going on. The cool thing about hydro is you can flush with plain water for 2 days and then start back with nutes at 1/4 strength. Watch for new growth, those leaves wont get better
