Congrats on the auto gift. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the fox farm nutrients so I can't help ya with there feeding regiment. I myself use Jacks and it's probably no where near the same. I will say that with my little experience growing auto's is that they generally require more nutrients than a photo does because of the rate of growth and speed they finish. They can easily get a cal/mag def if not carefull also because of the fast growth. 

Sound like she's a little hungry with the yellow lower leaves. A little N should help with that.
