Whats in that soil? For the leaves to burn like that and your not feeding it the roots  must have hit a pocket of Guano or Worm castings. I would cut off or trim the ugly leaves, flush and start feeding some bloom nutes, that said I am not a soil grower so I could be full of guano my self
