I usually give veg a start date after the 2nd set of true leaves show because some plants seem to stall after the first set of true leaves pop out but by the time the 2nd set pops out they are rolling. Bottom line is like ChAs420 said, from here  to the end,  how big are they when you flip is what matters, my friend
