Well given this question some thought I feel it’s the state of mind your in when you smoke weed I feel when you smoke it an enhancer to the mode you’re in 
And it makes you look at things differently then people that don’t smoke so you find the hummer in things so you laugh 

that’s why everything is better when you smoke for instance food ,a movie,sex,etc you get it
