Yes it does....  I see now, that you are wanting to get some flowering nutes in.        It is finally drying out here , after what I call monsoon season.  I think you could add some anyways.  I went out to check the girls after about 8-9 days of pounding rain,  and all they did was Grow!!    Good luck on your OD grow!!
