Looks like you growing outside.  Outside you gotta go with mother nature's time table.  And even if it was indoor with you controlling lights, it's not gonna matter how many days unless it's autoflowering (then yea 120 days and no flowering yet is not a good sign), unless you switch light schedule. Although around the bud sites turning lighter green may be a sign of flower starting, mine usually get a little lighter when flowers are coming.  I probably just told you a bunch of shit you already knew but thought I would try and help.  Good luck Mike plant looks super nice though.
