Yes it does, the one time I used it in the house I had a spill and it was a freaking mess so I may have to apply it a few times outside. I dont want to hurt their little feet I want something that kills them and leaves them draped over a fence as if to say "dont come in here". This will also be a good test to see if high Brix makes bugs ignore them, assuming I can get the brix level high enough.
