  Just make a ticket…know I know how my kids feel when they cry and follow me around the house because they can’t get their way with something and I tell them to cry quietly. It’s not Jim’s fault he has great ideas but handcuffed with corporate politics…

  I think Jim is whoever had time to log in and look around or maybe its who ever draws short straw that month. The only constant I notice is Jim has nothing to do with Breeding, Sales, or Shipping.
