I bought these ebay lights to try out in the living room for my regular plants. I tried running a 400w one winter but I found it to be a bit much in the end. 

I will probably get going with the 400w MH later today, cooling or not. I have this feeling it will be a bit much for this tent (80 cm X 80cm), but I will give it a try.
