I continue to weave my plants into the net completely through the stretch so I tend to flip at about 75%. What I have noticed about a Scrog and the increased light penetration is that there are a ton of smaller shoots that develop off of the 6 main colas and I spread and weave those too. I don't get the huge colas that a lot of other people post but I can get in the neighborhood of 80 bud sites per plant. The more vertical that a Scrog goes the less light penetration you get but if you stay on top of the trimming leaves you could get away with flipping after the net is full.
